Wallbox-Competition:
Conditions of participation

1. Eligible to participate

All persons aged 18 and over are eligible to take part in the prize draw.

2. Event period

2.1 The competition runs from 21.11.2024, 08:00 am to 23.11.2024, 11:59 pm.

2.2 All entries must be submitted online by the participant within the event period. Entries submitted outside the event period will not be considered by the organizer.

3. Participation modalities

3.1 To take part in the competition, the participant must drive a lap of the Carrera track at the Smart-Red GmbH stand at GET NORD 2024. The lap time is required to register for the newsletter. To participate, the participant must register for the Smart-Red GmbH newsletter on the website using the form provided: www.smartred.de/wallbox-gewinnspiel

The participant must also accept the conditions of participation and confirm receipt of the newsletter by e-mail.

3.2 The participant must truthfully provide all information requested in the registration process.

3.3 Only one registration per natural person is permitted.

4. Disqualification

4.1 The entry of a participant is invalid and leads to the disqualification of the participant if the participant

4.1.1 provides incomplete or false information in the registration process;

4.1.2 submits multiple entries;

4.1.3 participates in the competition by means of any automated system;

4.1.4 in the reasonable discretion of the Promoter, tampers with, manipulates, uses unauthorized devices or otherwise interferes with the Promoter’s website or the entry process; or

4.1.5 in the reasonable discretion of the Promoter, breaches these Terms and Conditions.

4.2 The Promoter may accept errors and omissions by the Entrant at its sole discretion.

5. Winner, prize notification, prize handover

5.1 The winner will be determined after the closing date by means of a random draw among all participants.

5.2 The winners will be determined by the organizer after the end of the event period and subsequently notified.

5.3 The prize will be handed over by post.

6. Price

The winner will receive a Pico charging station.

7. Changes

The organizer reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. This option will only be exercised if the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons, legal reasons or due to force majeure. In the event of such a termination of the voting, the organizer reserves the right to determine the winners by means of a random draw from all valid entries received prior to the termination.

8. Data protection

8.1 The organizer guarantees the highest possible standard of data protection in the context of the competition and observes all relevant legal provisions in this regard.

8.2 Personal data will not be passed on or sold to third parties.

8.3 By entering the contact details, the participant agrees that the organizer may use the e-mail address to inform the participant about news.

9. Limitation of liability

9.1 The Organizer shall be released from all obligations upon handing over the prize, unless an earlier point in time results from these regulations.

9.2 The organizer is only liable for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence or by the breach of essential contractual obligations. This does not apply to damage caused by injury to life, limb and/or health.

10. Applicable law and other final provisions

10.1 Warranty claims against the organizer with regard to the prizes offered are excluded. Legal recourse is excluded.

10.2 The Organizer accepts no liability for the proper functioning of the website on which the competition is offered at all times, in particular not for any overloading of the website.

10.3 The competition and the conditions of participation, their interpretation and all disputes arising from or in connection with these conditions of participation are subject exclusively to German law. The application of conflict of laws rules or provisions of international private law that would provide for the applicability of a law other than German law is excluded. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG, Vienna Sales Convention) is excluded.

10.4 Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. They shall be replaced by the statutory provisions.
